I have found dying silks to be the perfect vehicle to deliver the purity of color I need.
In my work with silks I try to express a moment in time, bla bla bla, not in a photographic sense but rather as a whole experience: the temperature, the colors, the sounds that were present at that precise moment. Most of my pieces have a story, or a logic that turns into esthetics.
